As a Room Attendant, you’ll support the Housekeeping Department, ensuring rooms meet the luxurious expectations of our guests. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will perform various tasks, including turndown services, stocking supplies, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards in guest accommodations
• Execute turndown services according to established protocols
• Efficiently stock linen carts to support operations
• Report any maintenance needs promptly
• Restock guest room mini-bars following hotel guidelines
Requirements:
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods
