The operation combines refined F&B, private meeting spaces, and tailored guest experiences designed for both transit and destination travellers. In an increasingly competitive airport environment, this role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction on a daily basis.

The Role

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
  • Leading and supervising front-of-house and service teams to maintain premium service standards
  • Supporting the General Manager in driving overall performance, guest satisfaction, and operational goals
  • Ensuring consistency in service, cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement across all touchpoints
  • Coordinating closely with culinary and support teams to deliver a seamless F&B experience
  • Managing shift planning, staffing levels, and team productivity in a dynamic, high-traffic environment
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction
  • Upholding compliance with operational procedures, safety, and service standards
  • What We Need From You

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury hospitality, premium lounges, or high-end hotels
  • Strong operational focus with attention to detail and a hands‑on leadership approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for guest service
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solid understanding of F&B operations and service standards
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Fluency in English; regional experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is advantageous
