Position: Lodge Manager Opportunity in Coastal BC
Horizon North is seeking a Lodge Manager for its premier camp facility in Coastal BC. This role focuses on daily operations, hospitality excellence, and team management in a safety-sensitive environment.
The Lodge Manager oversees daily lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and adherence to high-quality hospitality standards. With a regular shift of 20 days on and 10 days off, the position requires strong leadership and people skills to cultivate a high-functioning team. You will also manage hiring initiatives, analyze revenue forecasts, and maintain budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality hospitality service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain food quality and safety standards diligently
• Support hiring and performance management with HR
• Analyze revenue forecasts and create budgets
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth lodge operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in hospitality management
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software
• Experience in revenue analysis and scheduling
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean record
