Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests in the resort lobby with friendliness
• Liaise with Front Office and Executive Office for VIP guests
• Host in the exclusive guest lounge, The Living Room
Requirements:
• Previous guest service experience essential
• Professional presentation and communication skills required
• Demonstrated initiative in multitasking
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
