Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our amazing team at The Pasta Factory. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Arrive to work on time and ready for shift
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure productive operations and timely service
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
