We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef to oversee daily operations within our new & exciting casual dining restaurant in Cheltenham town centre. Minimum of 48 hours per week over 4.5 to 5 days . Overtime available. Regular weekends off work. Salary of £34,000 plus Overtime. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking our menu items to order, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Suitable for candidates with previous kitchen experience within a fast paced environment. Must be able to manage his own workload. Benefits Paid Breaks Free Food for shifts over 8hrs Free hot drinks on duty Small friendly team Regular weekends off Qualifications & Experience Essential Previous experience working as a Chef, Line Chef, Cook, or Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant environment Good knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and allergen management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards Strong organisational and time-management skills Right to work in the UK Desirable Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Experience working in a casual dining, café, or branded restaurant environment

Experience with fresh food preparation and service Basic understanding of kitchen ordering and stock rotation procedures Personal Attributes Passion for food and hospitality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to remain calm under pressure Willingness to learn and develop within the business
