Role Description
Leasing Manager
Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE
Company: Amer Al Ghuair Real Estate
Amer Al Ghuair Real Estate is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing leasing operations, developing effective leasing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving occupancy and revenue growth across the company’s property portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong grasp of Leases and Lease Administration processes
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and enhance leasing strategies
- Experience in Property Management and Resident Retention
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for tenant engagement and negotiations
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks
- Previous experience as a Leasing Manager or in a similar role is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and best practice
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial leasing activities.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare leasing reports and performance analyses for management.
• Lead, motivate, and support the leasing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Leasing Manager position within the UAE real estate market.
• Strong understanding of leasing procedures, property regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to achieve leasing targets and drive business growth.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
