Lead Line Cook – San Diego, CA (Hourly | Part-Time | $21.50–$23.00/hr + Tip-Eligible)

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide line cooks and dishwashers during service
  • Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and urgency
  • Ensure stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper product rotation (FIFO)
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team to maintain ticket times
  • Assist with prep, inventory, opening/closing duties, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Uphold all health, safety, and company standards

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants, hotels, or events preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
