As the Housekeeping Leader, you will be integral to maintaining the operations of our Housekeeping Department while being a part of the Senior Management Team. Your leadership will foster a culture of growth, ensuring that all standards set by AAA and Relais & Châteaux are met effectively. Your responsibilities will span training, guest relations, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce high housekeeping standards set by the Inn
• Manage daily operations of the housekeeping team
• Facilitate training and development for staff
• Oversee budget preparation and financial records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Maestro PMS and Microsoft Office
• WHMIS certification is beneficial
