Role Description The Kitchen Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves assisting with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, cooking, and plating dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes. The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, washing utensils, organizing ingredients, and ensuring proper storage of food items. The role includes supporting the head chef and other kitchen staff during busy service hours, following safety procedures, and helping with inventory checks and basic stock management as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow recipes, food preparation instructions, and plating guidelines accurately.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and food safety practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with chefs and other staff members.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.
