- Oversee the daily operations of Making Fine Group's F&B outlets, ensuring top-notch service.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to align with financial goals.
- Train and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations within our dynamic food and beverage industry.
- Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menus and enhance the dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Educational Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management or a related field.
- Experience Level:
- Less than one year of experience required, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proven restaurant management skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
