Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join kitchen team on a seasonal basis for the summer period.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a friendly with a can-do attitude. A flexible attitude towards shift work is essential as midweek and weekend work is involved.
Kitchen Porter Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all Crockery and cutlery.
- Cleaning of staff canteen as per Health & Safety guidelines
- Always adhere to Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures.
- General day to day cleaning of the kitchen
- Weekly deep cleaning of kitchen areas
- Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness is followed throughout the day.
- Working as part of the Kitchen team and following instructions from management
- Ability to work efficiently and keep calm, under pressure.
Experience:
The ideal candidates will be team players, have a minimum of one years' experience in a similar role, and have excellent attention to detail.
