Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Leader located in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru. The Kitchen Leader will oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food plating to maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include implementing hygiene and safety protocols, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen inventory, and ensuring equipment is properly operated. Additionally, the Kitchen Leader will collaborate with the culinary team to develop and improve menus while ensuring each dish meets customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a strong passion for culinary excellence
- Thorough knowledge of Hygiene and safety standards in a kitchen environment
- Exceptional Communication and leadership skills to guide and train team members effectively
- Customer Service skills with the ability to understand and cater to customer preferences
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in handling fast-paced kitchen environments
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry
- A certification in culinary arts or a related field is an advantage
