On-Call Kitchen Crew Member (Extra Help) – Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport

What You’ll Be Doing
As an on-call team member, no two shifts will be the same. You will step in during our busiest periods to keep the kitchen engine running smoothly. Your main tasks will include:

Prepping & Plating: Assisting with food prep and executing high-quality, delicious dishes from our à la carte menu.

Maintaining Flow: Working closely with the head chef and service team to ensure food is served quickly and beautifully, even during peak hours.

Kitchen Care: Keeping your station clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Being a Team Player: Jumping in where needed with a positive, can-do attitude to support your kitchen crew.
Who You Are

Experienced (or Quick to Learn): You have some kitchen or gastronomy experience, preferably in a busy à la carte or hotel restaurant setting.

Calm Under Pressure: When the dinner rush hits, you stay cool, focused, and positive.

Flexible: Since this is an on-call position, you are happy to step in for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed.

Communicative: You speak English fluently (Danish is a plus, but not required in our international environment).
