Responsibilities
- Host the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” for guests.
- Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
- Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and lobby area.
- Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked.
- Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
- Answer guests’ questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
- Provide courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services.
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
- Friendly, energetic communicator with warm and friendly manner.
- Strong can-do spirit and unique personality.
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.
