Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the sous chef

• Prioritize and manage prep and ordering lists

• Process bills efficiently and coordinate tasks

• Ensure all kitchen supplies are organized and available

• Prepare sauces and stocks accurately for service

Requirements:

• At least three years of relevant cooking experience

• Understanding of various cooking methods
