POSITION INFO:
A vacancy for the position of Junior Restaurant Manager has opened up at an established upmarket restaurant located in Montecasino Fourways. Candidates with a minimum of two year''s experience in restaurant management will be considered. The ideal candidate will be capable of aiding the General Manager in overseeing the entire restaurant, including both front and back of house operations. Proficiency in staff management would be advantageous. Strong customer relations skills are of paramount importance.
