Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their catering needs, event details, and special requests.
- Work closely with event planners, chefs, and other catering staff to coordinate event details.
- Create and manage detailed order forms, event schedules, and other documentation.
- Track inventory of catering supplies, such as food, beverages, and equipment.
- Oversee day-of event operations, ensuring staff follows the schedule and customer expectations are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
