Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Parañaque for a Junior Dining Manager. The Junior Dining Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that staff members deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage presentation. Responsibilities include managing reservations, supervising the dining area and team, addressing customer concerns, implementing standards for cleanliness and safety, and supporting team members in achieving performance goals. The role also involves contributing to the success of events and promotions, collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field
- With at least 3 years of extensive experience as a Dining Manager or Shift Manager
- Solid experience in managing day-to-day store or restaurant operations
- Supports the Dining Manager in upholding high standards of service excellence
- Adept in health and safety regulations and compliance
- Willing to be assigned in Paranaque
- Amenable to start ASAP
