As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing product development, production, sourcing, and business operations to ensure seamless execution of high-value projects.
Job Description
We’re looking for an Interior Designer who can own projects from concept to completion not just design, but execution, coordination, and client handling. This role also requires a commercial mindset someone who can build relationships, contribute to sales, and bring in new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design & Client Management
- Lead interior design concepts based on client briefs, budgets, and timelines
- Present design proposals, mood boards, layouts, and material selections
- Handle direct client communication, revisions, and approvals
- Translate client requirements into practical, buildable solutions
End-to-End Project Management
- Manage projects from design stage to final installation
- Develop and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure site execution aligns with design intent and quality standards
- Handle on-site supervision when required
Execution Oversight (Non-Commercial)
- Review materials, finishes, and samples as per company-approved vendors only
- Ensure quality and design consistency during production and installation
- Flag issues proactively but no involvement in vendor selection, pricing, or negotiations
Business Development & Sales Contribution
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and designers
- Identify and bring in new project opportunities
- Support sales efforts through design presentations and client engagement
- Contribute to overall business growth through active project acquisition
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in interior design, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality
- Proven experience handling projects end-to-end
- Experience working with custom furniture and high-end materials
Skills
- Strong design sensibility with practical execution knowledge
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Languages (Mandatory)
