Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop a diverse hourly staff including Cookie Crew and Shift Leaders
• Lead customer service excellence and food quality
• Develop a strong store culture focused on sales and opportunity
• Monitor inventory levels and perform audits regularly
• Execute local marketing strategies and employee recognition programs
Requirements:
• 3+ years of management in a restaurant or retail environment
• Flexible to work mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday
• Strong hospitality skills and a supporting leadership style
• Technical proficiency in restaurant business software
• Experience with commercial ovens preferred
