About the Role
Crest View Aero provides a professional, shared-aircraft ownership experience in Northern California. We are looking for a detail-oriented In-Flight Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is designed for someone who loves flying, thrives in a private aviation environment, and enjoys supporting aircraft owners directly to ensure their travel is seamless and stress-free.
Unlike a traditional commercial role, you will act as a dedicated Owner Advocate, managing the day-to-day administrative and cabin logistics that allow our owners to enjoy the true benefits of private aviation without the hassle of managing the details.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Serve as a direct point of contact for owners, fielding calls and emails regarding scheduling and itinerary changes.
- Coordinate with FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) on arrival/departure times, fuel requirements, and hangar logistics.
- Manage travel logistics, including catering orders, rental cars, and crew transportation.
2. Aircraft Stewardship & Preparation
- Ensure the aircraft cabin is meticulously cleaned and stocked according to owner preferences before each flight.
- Manage on-board inventory, including snacks, drinks, and amenities.
- Act as a liaison with the flight crew to ensure all trip-planning details are executed perfectly.
3. Owner Experience & Cabin Support
- Assist owners and their guests with boarding, deboarding, and luggage handling.
- Monitor passenger comfort during flight, providing a high-touch, hospitable environment in a small-cabin setting.
- Assist the crew with securing the aircraft at the destination or during overnight trips as needed.
Position Details
Type: Contract / On-Call.
Location: Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Mather Airport (KMHR).
Environment: Comfort with small-to-midsize turbine and high-performance aircraft is required.
