This role offers a unique 12-month contract with a schedule of seven days on, seven days off, focusing on cooking, menu planning, and managing inventory for meal preparation. Your ability to ensure timely service and compliance will be central to kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute daily meal preparation
• Manage kitchen equipment and maintain compliance
• Oversee food quality and timely delivery of meals
• Record operational and production details correctly
• Collaborate with team members for smooth services
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in catering
• Practical knowledge in high-volume food service
• Outstanding organizational skills essential
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be comfortable working long shifts
