About the Role
A leading hospitality organisation in Doha is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll oversight, HR compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong hospitality background is essential, preferably within restaurants, hotels, catering, or F&B operations
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace disciplinary processes
- Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Experience in training and development, performance management, and employee engagement
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local HR regulations
