As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure exceptional cleanliness and service standards in your assigned section. You’ll provide leadership, train staff, and handle guest requests, all while maintaining inventory and organization in linen and storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the highest quality of service to guests and associates
• Address guest complaints promptly and effectively
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas
• Train and develop housekeeping team members
• Maintain cleanliness in all operational areas
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping
• Graduate of Hospitality or Tourism program
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds
