A fast-growing import-export and logistics company in the United Arab Emirates, we operate across GCC markets with a strong focus on operational excellence, supply chain efficiency, and premium client service. As we scale our Dubai-based operations, we’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and elevate our facility maintenance standards—ensuring clean, safe, and compliant workspaces that reflect our brand’s professionalism and commitment to quality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all company facilities including office spaces, warehouses, and staff areas in UAE.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff—ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and PPE—placing orders and coordinating vendor deliveries as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness, compliance with UAE workplace health regulations, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with facility management and security teams to address maintenance issues, pest control, or emergency cleanliness needs.
- Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in cleaning efficiency and team productivity.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Lead in UAE-based commercial, industrial, or logistics environments
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) for reporting, training, and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations for workplace cleanliness and waste disposal
- Proficiency in managing cleaning schedules, staff rosters, and supply inventory
- Ability to operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, pressure washers)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for real-time operational adjustments
Preferred
- Certificate in Facility Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or Cleaning Operations
- Experience managing multicultural teams in UAE workplace settings
- Familiarity with cleaning chemical safety protocols and MSDS documentation
