Job Description
- Supervise room inspections, staff schedules, and daily housekeeping operations
- Maintain inventory, manage linen and laundry procedures efficiently
- Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness
- Respond to guest requests and handle VIP setups with urgency and care
- Train, mentor, and induct new team members while promoting a positive work environment
- Handle guest and staff issues professionally, conducting morning briefs and team meeting
Qualifications
- at least 2 years supervisory / team leader experience in hotel housekeeping or accommodation services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural team
- Understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, and manual handling procedures
