Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant located in Strathmore, AB (20 Min East of Calgary). The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms. Key tasks include cleaning rooms, making beds, changing linens, and replacing amenities. Additional tasks involve handling laundry, responding to guest requests, and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Skills in Housekeeping, including room cleaning and maintenance
- Experience with Laundry operations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
