The Housekeeping Manager oversees the general cleanliness, order and hygiene standards of all office buildings.

Key responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the CX Lead
  • Develops effective housekeeping policies and standards across all office buildings
  • Oversees the performance of the housekeeping staff in terms of cleanliness, order and sanitation of their assigned office buildings. Selects TPM housekeeping personnel that are capable of delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborates with the Cluster and Building Managers in maintaining the upkeep of their buildings
  • Conducts trainings, seminars to admin and housekeeping personnel on the proper maintenance of different areas of the building
  • Ensures that the stocks of housekeeping supplies and equipment are adequate
  • Conducts regular audits of housekeeping performance for each site and reports findings to BMD Head and BUGM. Consequently, recommends corrective and preventive action plan to address concerns

Qualifications:

With over five (5) years of relevant work experience in housekeeping management, preferably in hotel industry.
