Egypt Healthcare Facilities Services – EHFS is Hiring Housekeeping Manager
for one of the biggest Cleopatra hospitals Group
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality across assigned sites.
Supervise housekeeping supervisors and staff while ensuring efficient daily operations and manpower distribution.
Ensure compliance with healthcare hygiene standards, infection control policies, and safety regulations.
Monitor housekeeping performance, conduct regular inspections, and ensure corrective actions are implemented when needed.
Manage cleaning schedules, materials, equipment, and housekeeping inventory effectively.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow and high client satisfaction.
Handle operational issues, complaints, and emergencies professionally and in a timely manner.
Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and guide housekeeping teams to maintain operational excellence and service standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience of 8–10 years in Housekeeping Operations is a must.
Healthcare sector background or hotel management experience is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of healthcare hygiene standards, infection control, and safety regulations.
Ability to manage operational challenges and multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
