About the Role
Studio 6 Extended Stay Birmingham Pelham in Pelham, AL is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain housekeeping cart and supply inventory
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not required — we will train!)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
