- Experience in Hotel E-Commerce, Revenue Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking ability
- Hands-on, agile, and results-driven mindset
- Hospitality industry background preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OTA platforms, brand websites, and direct distribution channels
- Optimize conversion rates and online revenue performance
- Analyze data, market trends, and competitor insights to develop effective strategies
- Monitor rate parity, content accuracy, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets
- Support new hotel launches and digital channel setup
