  • Experience in Hotel E-Commerce, Revenue Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking ability
  • Hands-on, agile, and results-driven mindset
  • Hospitality industry background preferred
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OTA platforms, brand websites, and direct distribution channels
  • Optimize conversion rates and online revenue performance
  • Analyze data, market trends, and competitor insights to develop effective strategies
  • Monitor rate parity, content accuracy, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Support new hotel launches and digital channel setup
