Job Summary:
The Hotels E-commerce & Reservations Executive is responsible for managing online bookings and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations. The role requires a highly detail-oriented and sales-driven individual who can effectively communicate with guests, present offers, and maximize booking conversions across OTA platforms and direct channels.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming booking inquiries (OTAs, website, WhatsApp, email)
- Actively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up
- Present packages, upsell experiences, and tailor offers based on guest needs
- Build trust with customers and convince them to finalize bookings
- Maintain fast response time and high-quality communication standards
- Manage listings and reservations on platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda
- Ensure availability, rates, and content are always accurate
- Respond to OTA messages and inquiries promptly
- Monitor booking trends and adjust offers when needed
- Provide clear, detailed, and attractive explanations of the experience
- Handle objections and questions professionally to close sales
- Follow up with potential guests to increase conversion rate
- Manage guest expectations before arrival to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure booking accuracy
- Communicate special requests, VIP bookings, and guest preferences
- Ensure all booking details are correctly recorded and shared
- Track conversion rates from inquiries to bookings
- Monitor daily bookings and revenue performance
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, objections, and trends
Job Qualifications:
- 2–4 years experience in hotel reservations, OTA handling, or sales
- Strong experience with Booking.com and Expedia
- Excellent communication and sales/convincing skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Experience handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or call
- Very Good English (spoken & written)
