Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Waiter, located in Dhaka. The Hotel Waiter will focus on providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires working closely with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience. Adherence to hygiene and food safety standards is essential while maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective interactions.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge, including handling orders, serving meals, and understanding menus.
- Basic Cooking skills are a plus for assisting with simple food preparation tasks if needed.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and sustain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Fluency in spoken and written communication in local language(s) and English.
