Role Overview
The Reservations Manager will be responsible for centralized reservation operations for all four Tiaraa properties, based out of Corbett. The role requires strong control over inventory, rate management, guest communication, and revenue optimization, ensuring seamless booking experiences aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Central Reservations Management
- Handle end-to-end reservations for all Tiaraa properties (Corbett, Manali, Bhimtal, Rishikesh).
- Manage bookings via direct channels (calls, email, website) and third-party sources.
- Ensure accurate entry, tracking, and follow-up of all reservations.
2. Revenue & Inventory Control
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate parity across properties.
- Optimize occupancy through yield management and upselling strategies.
- Coordinate with sales and revenue teams for packages, promotions, and seasonal pricing.
3. Guest Handling & Experience
- Respond to reservation queries with high conversion focus and luxury service etiquette.
- Handle special requests, group bookings, weddings, and corporate inquiries.
- Ensure personalized communication reflecting Tiaraa’s hospitality positioning.
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams across all properties.
- Ensure smooth handover of booking details to property-level teams.
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns and booking conversions.
5. Systems & Reporting
- Manage CRS, PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on:
- Occupancy
- Revenue
- Booking trends
- Maintain reservation SOPs and audit compliance.
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filter)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Reservations
- Must have worked in Assistant Manager / Manager capacity in reservations
- Experience in multi-property or central reservations system (CRS) preferred
- Background in luxury hotels/resorts or premium hospitality brands
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and sales conversion ability
- Knowledge of PMS (Opera, IDS, or similar systems)
- Understanding of OTA platforms, channel managers, and rate distribution
- High attention to detail and operational discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property environment
