Hotel Systems Migration Specialist – APAC (High Travel Role)
We are currently seeking a Hotel Systems Migration Specialist to support large-scale system implementations across the APAC region. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy travel, technology, and working on new hotel openings and migrations.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in English + Mandarin or Hindi
- Strong hotel operations experience (Front Office, Reservations, or similar)
- PMS knowledge required (Hilton systems experience is a plus, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with up to 90% travel across APAC
- Available for a 12-month contract (with potential extensions)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Role Overview
As a Migration Specialist, you will execute system migration projects following handover from the Project Manager or Coordinator. You will be responsible for implementing property, sales, and/or revenue systems across hotel brands globally, ensuring smooth delivery and successful go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with hotel management teams on on-site schedules, activities, and training
- Execute on-site implementation tasks, including:
- System database build
- Classroom training for hotel staff
- Network and hardware setup & troubleshooting
- Post go-live staff training and support
- Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with internal/external teams
- System integrations and interfacing
- Collaborate with on-site team members on task coordination and scheduling
- Complete project sign-off, wrap-up, and handover in line with project plans
Additional Responsibilities
- Act as lead installer when required
- Support training room setups, system interfacing, and ad hoc technical support
- Work closely with project managers, coordinators, and internal teams
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities
- Manage travel expenses and submit reports
- Contribute to continuous professional development
