Set within the hospitality and outdoor industry, this intimate luxury estate operates at international standards while maintaining a warm, personal, and unpretentious atmosphere. This manager role is ideal for a hands‑on hospitality professional who understands that true Luxury lies in detail, discretion, and guest connection.
You will act as the daily custodian of the hotel, leading with taste, trust, and strong commercial leadership rather than corporate formality.
Job Requirements
- Business degree or hospitality management qualification (highly beneficial)
- Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience as a General Manager, Assistant GM, or similar role within a Hotel or Boutique hospitality environment (essential)
- Strong financial acumen with commercial and entrepreneurial flair
- Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to Luxury standards
- Sound Food & Beverage knowledge and operational understanding
- Strong sales and marketing experience with focus on increasing room revenue
- Deadline‑driven with proven project management skills
- Self‑starter able to deliver results in challenging market conditions
- Valid PDP driver’s license and general technical/mechanical knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships
