Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals
Research hotel, resort, and cruise options based on client needs
Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
Provide destination information, travel recommendations, and itinerary support
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Stay informed about industry trends, travel suppliers, and promotional offers
Deliver professional customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
