Grand City is seeking a skilled and experienced Hot Line Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in hot kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about cooking, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering quality food consistently.
Role Overview
As a Hot Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking hot food items, managing kitchen operations during service hours, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of hot dishes as per standard recipes and menu requirements
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Manage food preparation during peak hours efficiently
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Matric / relevant culinary training preferred
• 2–4 years of experience as a Hot Line Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Experience in restaurant, café, or corporate kitchen environments will be preferred
• Candidates residing near Islamabad will be given preference
