Role Description
We are looking for a team member to join our Hot Food and Bakery department at our Camden Town location. This part-time, on-site role involves preparing, baking, and serving fresh bakery items such as bread, cookies, and other hot food products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. You will ensure product displays are neatly arranged, assist customers with their selections, and maintain safety and compliance with food preparation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Bakery and Baking, with knowledge of preparing a variety of baked goods
- Skills in Food Preparation, including handling ingredients and ensuring adherence to recipes
- Experience in creating and managing products such as Bread and Cookies
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a friendly and helpful shopping experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous food retail experience is advantageous
