Your Role
Welcome and seat guests with elegance and professionalism
Manage reservations and guest flow seamlessly
Create a warm, memorable first impression
Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams
Handle guest queries with confidence and care
This is a live-out role based in Cape Town.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented with a polished, professional demeanour
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
