Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess Server located in Kathmandu. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and seating arrangements, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries. The Hostess Server will ensure outstanding customer service, maintain cleanliness standards, and collaborate with the team to create a delightful dining experience for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests and ensure a positive experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaboration with colleagues to provide exceptional service.
- Familiarity with basic technical tools or systems is a plus. (Knowledge of C++ is appreciated but not mandatory for this role.)
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Nepali is preferred.
