Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests upon arrival with genuine hospitality
• Manage waitlists and ensure seating efficiency
• Present menus and escort guests to their tables
• Communicate restaurant capacity to the service team
• Ensure the host stand and entrance are inviting
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Serving It Right certification preferred
