A long standing client of ours are looking for a Hospitality Team leader to join their well established team and provide excellent service to their hospitality sector.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the Hospitality Team Communicating goals and deadlines to team members Updating spreadsheets with installation information, service requirements and completion information Planning workloads and delegating tasks Assisting with the daily operation of the Service desk Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions, also attending weekly meetings Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes Ensuring customer SLAs are met within required deadlines Customer Reporting and Invoicing on a weekly basis Assisting with any other admin tasks within the team
Skills and Experience:
Excellent Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft packages Good national geographical knowledge desirable but not essential Previous Team Leader/ Leadership role desirable Able to think fast and problem solve efficiently Extremely good attention to detail Great customer service Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Good organisation skills
