Overview

Hospitality Manager Jobs in Sofia, Sofia City, Bulgaria at CEE Chamber

Title: Hospitality Manager

Company: CEE Chamber

Location: Sofia, Sofia City, Bulgaria

Our client is building an integrated wellness and performance platform designed to redefine the category. Rather than operating as a traditional gym or spa, the concept brings together training, recovery, diagnostics, nutrition, and AI-enabled coaching within one seamlessly designed ecosystem focused on optimizing human performance and long-term wellbeing.

The first flagship location is scheduled to launch in a major European capital in mid-2026, serving as the foundation for validating the concept, refining operations, and preparing for ambitious international expansion, with multiple locations planned across key cities by 2030.

To lead this first launch, the organization is seeking an exceptional manager with strong commercial acumen, precision, and executional discipline to establish a benchmark operating model for future sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full pre-opening phase, including construction handover, technology implementation, operational readiness, team hiring, training, and launch execution.
  • Take full ownership of P&L performance from day one, with accountability for revenue growth, cost management, and operational profitability.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team while embedding a culture of excellence, accountability, and premium service delivery.
  • Safeguard and continuously elevate the brand experience across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with technology stakeholders to support product development and platform evolution.
  • Shape and enhance key service offerings into differentiated destination experiences that strengthen the overall value proposition.
  • Build scalable foundations for future growth by documenting operational frameworks, validating unit economics, and creating repeatable systems.
  • Act as a key external representative of the brand, fostering strategic relationships across corporate, media, and professional networks.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, premium wellness, or other high-end consumer-facing industries.
  • Proven track record of owning commercial performance and managing revenue-generating operations.
  • Demonstrated experience building functions, teams, products, or concepts from the ground up rather than solely managing established structures.
  • Genuine personal alignment with performance, health, and wellbeing beyond a purely professional interest.
  • Strong affinity for technology as a strategic business enabler, with the ability to understand its practical and commercial applications.
  • Executive-level communication skills combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented operational mindset.

Benefits

  • A rare opportunity to shape a new category within the global wellness market, valued at approximately €1.8 trillion, by building something fundamentally new rather than incrementally improving an existing model.
  • Early-stage involvement with a brand positioned to become an international benchmark in performance and wellness.
  • Meaningful participation in long-term company growth and value creation.
  • Access to the resources, tools, and leadership support required to build at scale and with excellence.
  • Partnership with leadership focused on long-term vision, quality, and category creation.
  • The opportunity to build a potentially career-defining business and operational legacy.
