We are looking for a hands-on Hospitality Manager to oversee front desk operations, lead a hospitality-focused team, and maintain exceptional service standards across multiple luxury properties.

The Role

As Hospitality Manager, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for guest experience, front desk operations, and daily property execution. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading both people and operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will work closely with ownership to ensure every guest receives a high-end, consistent experience while maintaining operational excellence across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Guest Experience

  • Lead, train, and support front desk and hospitality team members.
  • Deliver a professional, concierge-style guest experience.
  • Coordinate guest tours, reservations, events, and special requests.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Operations & Property Standards

  • Conduct daily property inspections to ensure units are guest-ready.
  • Oversee quality control and maintain luxury presentation standards across all properties.
  • Ensure common areas, units, and operational spaces remain organized and well-maintained.
  • Assist with weekend operations and peak check-in/check-out coverage as needed.

Systems, Inventory & Financial Oversight

  • Manage inventory, unit updates, and documentation within AppFolio.
  • Track supplies and maintain organized storage and operational areas.
  • Assist with budgeting, reconciliations, and operational reporting.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Coordinate calendars for tours, open houses, guest stays, and events.
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support daily operations.

Ideal Candidate

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality management, front desk management, hotel operations, or luxury property management.
  • Previous experience managing or leading a guest-facing team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Dallas, including weekends as needed.
  • Experience using a hotel or property management system (PMS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AppFolio and/or Hostfully.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or high-end multi-family properties.
