We are offering a 24-month fixed-term employment contract, specifically designed as an intensive development pathway toward a management position within the group.

The objective of this program is to prepare the candidate to assume, upon successful completion, a position as a Hotel General Manager or a management role within Nestia’s central teams (Revenue Management, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing).

Start Date: September 2026

Program Structure:

This is a paid, structured, and fully customized program, combining operational immersion with strategic exposure.

The Management Trainee will rotate across the group’s hotels and central management departments.

The program consists of 3–4 month rotations in:

  • Group hotels: Radisson Blu Spa Balmoral, Radisson Liège City Centre, Mercure Han sur Lesse, Ibis Budget Jabbeke & Green Resort Limburg.
  • Revenue Management
  • Human Resources
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Finance
  • Operations Management

The program is tailor-made according to the candidate’s profile, background, and prior experience.

Under the direct supervision of experienced hotel managers and department heads, you will learn to:

  • Coordinate daily hotel operations
  • Optimize operational processes
  • Maintain and enhance quality standards
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and hotel development initiatives
  • Actively support continuous performance and service improvement

Career Prospects:

Upon successful completion of the 24-month program:

  • Appointment to a management position within one of the group’s hotels

or

  • Integration into Nestia Hospitality Group’s central management team

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Finance, or Human Resources
  • Clear ambition to develop a management career in high-end hospitality
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Responsible and committed mindset
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude
  • Mobility and flexibility (travel between properties required)
