Role Description
This is a full-time, paid, on-site Hospitality Intern role located in Mumbai. The intern will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting in food preparation and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth hospitality service operations under the guidance of experienced team members. The intern will also gain hands-on experience across key aspects of the food and beverage industry, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Basic understanding or interest in Hospitality and Hospitality Service practices
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for team collaboration and guest interactions
- Knowledge or interest in Food & Beverage industry operations
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment
- Pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus but not mandatory
