Pay Rate: $25 – $30/hr. on W2 (based on relevant experience)
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, providing a high-end hospitality experience while ensuring secure access to the campus. The role combines front desk, concierge, customer service, and security coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome employees and visitors at the front desk.
- Manage visitor check-in, badges, and host notifications.
- Coordinate with Security to maintain safe campus access.
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with guest requests.
- Support vendor deliveries, catering, and VIP visits.
- Manage parking permits, transportation cards, and lobby amenities.
- Maintain lobby supplies and assist with operational projects.
- Provide coverage across multiple lobby locations when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 3–4+ years of experience in:
- Corporate hospitality, or
- Luxury hotel, concierge, premium retail, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Valid California driver's license.
Work Schedule
- Onsite: Monday–Friday
- Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Attend bi-weekly Thursday meetings (until approximately 6:30 PM).
- Safety certification required within the first 6 months.
