Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Hyderabad, is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals eager to contribute to ITC Hotels' sterling reputation. Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in hospitality operations, including guest relations, front office management, and F&B services
- Ability to lead teams, manage employees effectively, and ensure adherence to company standards
- Skills in problem-solving, time management, and multitasking in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with hospitality event planning, room management systems, and an understanding of luxury and premium guest expectations
- Educational background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Prior experience in premium or luxury hospitality chains is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages and additional language skills is a plus
- Commitment to sustainability and a customer-centric approach
